The next generation extruder (with segmented heat zones) can fit nozzles in diameters ranging from 0.4mm up to 3mm, and the machine can print pellets/granules measuring 2-5mm in diameter. The particles are fed into the extruder from a 3 liter hopper, ensuring a ready supply of feedstock for its huge deposition rate. It heats up to a toasty 420°C, enabling the printing of a wide range of materials.
Using laser sensor non-contact measurement technology, the leveling time can be significantly shortened and the leveling accuracy can be improved; Not only ensure the real-time and high safety of the leveling operation under the high temperature platform, but also avoid interference with the model during the printing process.
The G5Ultra boasts desktop 3D printing speeds that reach up to 220mm/s. With regards to the flow rate of the materials, the G5 Ultra is capable of depositing a staggering 0.8kg per hour, ensuring it stands out for individuals requiring rapid production without compromising the intricacies of design or the overall quality of the final product.
With its ability to heat up to 420℃, the G5Ultra Pellet 3D Printer excels in processing a wide range of thermoplastics and composites. This flexibility allows for experimenting with various pellets, including PA-CF,PA-GF,PC-CF, PLA, rPLA, PETG-GF, ABS, PS, GPPS, PP-GF, and more, enabling the creation of functional prototypes, artistic works, or educational models with desired material properties.
Ensure that the discharge is stable, smooth, and without block. Self-developed new generation screw extrusion nozzle design, the maximum nozzle temperature is 450 °C, the extrusion force is strong, and the 0.4-3.0mm diameter nozzle is flexibly selected for fast and stable printing.

Adopt spring steel magnetic attraction platform, heating up quickly, reducing waiting time for printing. G5 Pro only takes 1 minutes and 57 seconds to heat up to 60°C; normal 3D printer takes 5 minutes and 38 seconds to reach the same temperature.
The model can be removed by bending the platform, durable and not easily deformed, the bottom is flat and easy to clean.
