Product details
Compared to other flexible 3D printing materials it shows more rubber-like soft touch haptics and better non-slip properties. Furthermore, the material has a low moisture uptake, which allows for printing without pre-drying.
Ultrafuse® TPS 90A has a convincing layer adhesion that creates a smooth surface and low warpage which makes it an excellent material choice for end-use parts. In addition, the good adhesion to ABS and PP allows for printing of multi-material parts.

Tips & tricks
To make the best prints with Ultrafuse TPS 90A, we recommend the following settings;
- Nozzle temperature: 260-280 °C
- Bed temperature: 70-90 °C
- Build Chamber Temperature: Passively heated
- Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
- Bed modification: PEI, PI or glue
- Print speed: 10-30 mm/s
