Successfully print BASF’s Ultrafuse PPSU filament at a nozzle temperature between 390°C-410°C with a heated bed set at 200°C-220°C. Please take into account that a build chamber is required for this material and should be kept between 170°C-210°C. The BASF PPSU filament’s recommended print speed is 35-100 mm/sec. As for the print surface material, a glass surface will work best ensuring proper adhesion and easy removal of the 3D model.
