With the new Build Size lineup, the Cubicon Style NEO-A22C has expanded the bed size as well as has increased output volume by approximately 324% compared to Style Plus-A15CR. Depending on your purpose, you can print more various sizes of 3D models.

Real-time monitoring and remote control with a built-in camera

With the built-in camera inside the Cubicon Style NEO, you can check the output process not only on the touchscreen at the front but also on your computer or smartphone. Also, if an output error or failure is identified, the output situation can be controlled through network remote control. (power stop and restart, etc.)

* Network remote control will be applied upon completion of development.

 

Auto-Leveling Plus creates high-quality output

The flatness of the bed on which the build is printed and the spacing between nozzles are important factors in determining the quality of the output.
Style NEO delivers Auto-Leveling with the error precision within 10μm by applying the industrial load cell, it reduces height error failures during printing and provides the user with the best-in-class output quality.

An easy detachment of output with the specially coated heating bed with insulation

The heating bed of CUBICON Style NEO is specially coated to allow the output to start immediately without separate adhesive or masking tape, as well as to be easily separated after the output, providing the best output quality.
It’s guaranteed. Besides, thermal efficiency was improved by applying insulation to the bottom of the heating bed.

Enhanced usability with stainless nozzle kit

Equipped with the stainless nozzle kit patented by Cubicon has enhanced usability and minimized the probability of failure. Different from a typical nozzle kit with a tube attached, it is connected with a stainless steel pipe to provide excellent performance even in hot output materials.

* To maintain quality and minimize maintenance, it is recommended that filaments from other companies are separated from the extruder and used.

Equipped with the self-designed replaceable Nozzle Kit Extruder

Most output problems can be easily maintained by simply replacing the nozzle kit fitted to the Extruder, so it is designed to make it easy for anyone to attach/detach the nozzle kit without extruder disassembly, even if an extruder replacement is required.
As it is self-replaceable without waiting for customer service, it reduces maintenance costs and allows output without time-consuming.

The automatic filament feeder with built-in two rollers

The automatic filament feeder with built-in two rollers allows a more stable filament supply to significantly improve ease of use. In addition, with the contactless optical sensor, it automatically stops the output when there is a supply problem due to filament exhaustion or breakage and reduces output time and saves material waste dramatically by allowing the output to continue when reconnected.

Various filament outputs are available with a single extruder

Cubicon Style NEO allows you to print ABS, PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments, as well as special engineering featured filaments, such as low-shrinkage ABS, high-strength PLA, and PC with a single extruder, giving customers the convenience and a great opportunity to experience a variety of materials.

Applied the NFC system that automatically recognizes the filament type

You can check the type and usage of filaments through the NFC system. Depending on the filament type recognized, the service temperature (nozzle, bed) is automatically set to prevent material-specific output conditions from failure. In addition, the user can easily check the usage of the filament on the front touchscreen and replace it at proper timing.
* This function is available when using a Cubicon filament that applied the NFC.

With the power failure compensation feature, uninterrupted output even after power-off

The Cubicon Style NEO uses the power failure compensation feature to prevent data damage and output errors that may occur in the event of a power outage or accidental work stop. (the power requires to be recovered in 5 minutes)
As the MCU Board always monitors the nozzle position, it can continue high-quality output even after the power disconnecting of the 3D printer.
* Depending on the material or model, it may be difficult to resume the output due to the lifting caused by floor shrinkage.

Enhanced output stability with the belt idler and cable carrier.

The Cubicon Style NEO has applied a cable bear with industrial facility specifications to prevent free movement and twisting between cables.
Also, by applying a belt idler, which is an essential part of a large 3D printer, maintains consistent belt tension for a long time to ensure high-quality 3D printing.

Chamber-type structure of the aluminum frame improves output stability

With a chamber-type structure of the aluminum frame, Cubicon Style NEO improves output stability by blocking external influences.
