Store Policy

If you change your mind and want to return your order, you can do so by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it, you then have an additional 14 days to return it to us.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred. Before returning an item please let us know by emailing info@dream3d.co.uk. We will then let you know the address to return the item to (this may be different than our main address). You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, providing all the conditions above are met we will initiate a full refund immediately to your original payment method, the refund will include the standard delivery price but not any extra paid for special delivery. Please bear with us as we will need to check the returned items upon their arrival. This will take longer for 3D printers than it will for filaments and spare pieces due to the complexity of the machines.
The time it takes for you to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer or bank’s policies.

Please ensure that all items are checked as soon as they are received to ensure they are the correct items and are not damaged. If the item is incorrect or damaged please let us know within 48 hours of receiving them.
You can let us know by emailing info@dream3d.co.uk. For damaged items we require a photo of the item.
We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible and will collect the incorrect or damaged item free of charge.

When you request to match a price and share a link to the website on which you’ve seen the better price, we’ll check the competitor’s website and contact you within 24 working hours to confirm if we can match the price.

 

Price Match Terms & Conditions:

  • The Dream 3D price match policy is available on all products as advertised in-store and on Dream3D.co.uk
  • The Dream 3D price match policy is valid against selected retailers only and where advertised product is at UK retail price and sold in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
  • Selected retail stores and product categories only.
  • Dream 3D reserve the right to decline the price match.
  • Consumers must provide evidence of the price to be matched, e.g. screen shots, photo, adverts, link to site etc. as advertised by the competitors.
  • The matching product must be brand new and in the original sealed box.
  • The matching product must be sold with a specified comparable guarantee / warranty.
  • The matching product must be identical and the model number verified.
  • The matching product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery immediately.
  • The price match policy is only available prior to order completion and will not be applicable once the sale has taken place.
  • The policy is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
  • The price match policy is limited to one use per consumer/household, per month.
  • The Dream 3D price match policy is valid until further notice from Dream 3D
  • Items listed on competitor sites or auction sites that are marked as clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in are excluded from the Dream 3D Price Match Promise
  • Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Prime Exclusive offers), coupon offers, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers are excluded from the Price Match Promise.
  • Price match doesn’t cover bundles or multi-product transactions, quantities maybe be limited at Dream 3D discretion.
  • Price match includes the competitor’s delivery price.
  • We only price match against reputable online retailers in the UK.
  • Price match only applies to products purchased online. In-store purchases do not qualify
  • We are unable to offer price matching for products purchased on finance.
  • We can’t match a price if we would make a loss in doing so.
  • Dream 3D’s decision will be final on any claims made under our price match promise

We may also revise or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Use of this site and purchases of products offered for sale on this site are subject to the terms and conditions posted on the site at the time of your visit.

You have 14 Working Days After Receiving Your Goods to Cancel Your Order

  1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a refund if you request one within 14 working days of receipt, this is minus any delivery charge. Simply let us know by email (info@dream3d.co.uk) or via phone (01483 479908) within 14 working days of receiving your goods. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
  2. If you cannot or will not return the cancelled goods to us then we will arrange collection of the goods. You will then receive a full refund excluding the collection and delivery charges.
  3. Any free gifts or products comprising of an offer (eg 3 for 2) must also be returned
  4. After 14 days what you may view as a cancellation becomes a ’Return’, please refer to the returns policy.
  5. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
