The CreatBot D600 Pro was created to make industrial 3D printing of large-scale objects and prototype as easy as possible.

In the event of power loss or upon detecting that the filament has run out, the D600 Pro will automatically memorize the current position.

Then once the power has been restored or new filament has been loaded It will continue to print from the last stopped point.

The linear rail structure is very thick and strong so that it won’t deform or lose precision even after the print head endures thousands of jolts and shocks through extensive printing.

With servo motors, timeliness, fast response, no inertia, and no delay, the closed-loop control of position overcomes the problem of losing steps.

Heat and noise is significantly reduced.

The 60°C hot chamber ensures print quality for high-performance materials. The fully enclosed chamber can block external interference.

This frame also reduces noise while providing a constant temperature, ensuring the model won’t deform due to temperature fluctuation which is common issue with some materials.

The filament dry room provides chamber temperatures of 45°C and 65°C and can hold filament reels up to 2.5kg size like PLA, nylon, PC, ABS and other materials which are prone to absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. This extends the useful life of these materials.

Using 100 points through the high-precision servo probe, the platforms level status data is measured and saved.

The air filter system can absorb impurities and gases generated during the printing process which is very important, especially when printing special filaments such as ABS, nylon, and PC. It is safer and more environmentally friendly, making this printer suitable for offices, homes, schools and studios which do not have their own air filtration/extraction system.
