CREATBOT D1000 HS 3D PRINTER
The D1000 HS is the new upgraded version of the D1000.
This new high-speed printing version is based on the in-depth development of Klipper.
It adopts a new hotend with a flow rate of up to a record-breaking 90 mm³/s. The stable printing speed can reach 300mm/s, which is 5 times the speed of the D1000 model.
With a build volume of over 1000*1000*1000mm, it is the perfect machine for creating large and full size parts, prototype, tools, molds, jigs & fixtures in-house.
Within days you can have a fully functional, extra large, high quality prototypes.
CreatBot also manufactures large reels of PLA, ABS, ASA, PA-CF, etc which is well suited for extra large models and helps reduce the frequency of replacing filament during print jobs.
Description
Auto-rising Dual Extruders 420 ℃
D1000 HS is embedded with new smart auto-rising dual-extruder kit with hotend temperature up to 420 ℃, it adopts a new hotend with a flow rate of up to a record-breaking 90 mm³/s. The hotend can be replaced to different size one fastly. it is able to print not only huge prototypes made of ABS, ASA with fastest speed, but also PET-CF, UltraPA-CF and more high performance material with quick remove support materials for direct application. The dual-hotend is easy to maintain and affordable to replace.
Stability
The whole-steel body not only ensures the stability during printing, but also greatly extends working life.
The first batch of CreatBot 3d printers were produced with whole-steel bodies in the same way and have been working for over 9 years as of today with more than 30,000 hours of operation.
Case Study
Faurecia is a global advanced automotive system engineering and equipment supplier.
They use the CreatBot 3D printer D1000 model to design and develop automotive seat molds, and are widely used in Audi, VW, NISSAN and GM motors.
The molds in the video is their typical 3D printing product produced with D1000 3D printer. The Bowl and lid are required to withstand 100MPa so they use Nylon-carbon fiber filament with 50% infill. The D1000 print performance is always excellent and passed their strict testing requirements!
